Role Overview
The HR Compliance Specialist is a technical, analytical, and cross-functional compliance professional responsible for coordinating sensitive legal requests, managing HR compliance data, and supporting investigations.
This role combines elements of legal case coordination such as subpoena and agency request handling with HR compliance expertise in policy management, data analytics, and process improvement.
The Specialist acts as a strategic bridge between HR, internal and external Legal counsel, and operational leadership ensuring timely, accurate, and secure handling of compliance matters while producing data-driven insights to proactively reduce risk.
