- Prepares reports and dashboards to support HR planning and strategic decision-making.
- Supports payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Assists in benchmarking compensation data against industry standards.
- Assists in ensuring HR policies and procedures align with local labor regulations.
- Supports internal audits and compliance reporting as needed.
