Associate Highway Design Engineer (UAE National)

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform highway engineering duties for road and highway design and analysis.
• Work under close supervision while applying engineering theories, practices, and company procedures.
• Participate in rotational assignments across project controls, procurement, construction management, and engineering disciplines.
• Use computer-aided engineering and design applications when assigned.
• Travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 1 year of highway design or engineering experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic engineering knowledge in relevant engineering fields.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads and related engineering software.
