Global Payroll Associate role focused on hands-on payroll operations and US or North American payroll.
The position requires 2–5 years of experience and supports end-to-end global payroll activities.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role is full-time and performed on-site in Bangalore, Karnataka.
- Candidates must work night shifts aligned with North American time zones.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field is required.
- Applicants should have 2–5 years of relevant payroll operations experience.
Required Skills
- Global payroll and payroll operations experience is required.
- US payroll experience is required.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll, UKG/Kronos, and ServiceNow is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, payroll reconciliation, payroll compliance, and data validation and controls are required.
Preferred Skills
- Multi-country or North American payroll experience is preferred.
- Payroll integrations, time and attendance, garnishments, year-end payroll, W-2/T4, ACH/EFT, GL interfaces, variance analysis, reporting, and payroll automation are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end global payroll processing and support US payroll across multiple states or provinces and pay frequencies.
- Handle time corrections, retroactive adjustments, garnishments, and year-end activities.
- Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure statutory compliance and audit-ready documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and global stakeholders and drive process improvements and automation.
Compensation
- The advertised salary is ₹2,000,000–₹2,500,000 per year.
