- Specific Skills & Qualifications • Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Geotechnical Engineering • Bachelors Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. • 0 to 5 years of experience in geotechnical and/or geoenvironmental design. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • General knowledge related to common geotechnical design software (e.g., Ensoft, Geo- slope and Deep-Ex). • Working knowledge of State and Federal Environmental Regulations and Guidance. •
