ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL, EMEA

QUALIFICATIONS

• Solicitor qualified in England & Wales is a must.
• 10+ years of post-qualification experience, gained at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department within a multinational business.
• Proven track record advising at executive level on complex legal, contractual, and compliance issues across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience and willingness to lead negotiations of complex commercial contracts.
• Deep knowledge of commercial law, international trade, and regulatory frameworks in the EU and UK.
• Experience in the renewables, infrastructure, or energy sector highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in building and managing legal teams.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or German fluency strongly preferred; other European languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel within UK and EMEA as needed.
