The Role
In this role, you will work closely with our senior advisors to build and maintain the digital tools our clients use to track market movements.
This is not about building flashy animations or following the latest trend for the sake of it.
Instead, you will focus on clarity, performance, and information hierarchy.
You will take the raw requirements of a commercial project and turn them into a logical, functional user interface.
Since this is an entry-level position, we expect you to learn our technical standards quickly while maintaining the discretion required for our client work.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain clean, responsive frontend components for our internal tracking tools and client-facing reports.
- Translate static research data and advisory briefs into interactive visualizations that help clients see the logic behind a commercial call.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to ensure our digital presence reflects the professional and direct nature of the firm.
- Review existing codebases to improve loading times and ensure the security of data displayed across our platforms.
- Draft technical documentation that explains the reasoning behind specific architectural choices for future team members.
- Assist in the deployment and testing of new features that help our partners understand regional counterparty risks.
What You Bring
- A solid grasp of modern HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript frameworks through specialized training or personal projects.
- The ability to write code that is logically organized and easy for others to read without needing a dictionary.
- An interest in the economics of the Gulf region and how digital tools can assist in traditional business expansion.
- Great attention to detail, specifically when it comes to matching visual output with the initial design logic.
- A preference for clear reasoning and direct communication over technical jargon or abstract theories.
- The discipline to work independently in a fully remote environment while staying aligned with the group's goals.
