Job summary
Support the Finance Manager with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis, and business planning.
The role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential business information.
Job responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
- Prepare monthly management reports and variance analyses.
- Analyze business performance, profitability, costs, and key financial metrics.
- Develop and maintain KPI reports and dashboards.
- Prepare presentations for business review meetings.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and support decision-making.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Assist with contract, tender, and project costing.
- Support product costing and pricing analysis.
- Review business processes and assist in strengthening internal controls.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, and SOCPA membership.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Management Reporting.
- Good Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English.
- ACCA or CMA qualification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
