Job Summary

The jobholder will support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis, and business planning activities.

The role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential business information.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis.
  • Analyze business performance, profitability, costs, and key financial metrics.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reports and dashboards.
  • Prepare presentations for business review meetings.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and support decision-making.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in contract, tender, and project costing.
  • Support product costing and pricing analysis.
  • Review business processes and assist in strengthening internal controls.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, and SOCPA membership.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Management Reporting.
  • ACCA/CMA qualification is an advantage.
  • Good Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
