Role overview
Entry-level eCommerce Analyst role supporting eCommerce operations and product development in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Key responsibilities
- Support demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Assist with cost structures and pricing strategies across sales channels.
- Help establish and monitor cross-channel overheads and pricing structures.
- Contribute to revenue return rates and data-driven decisions.
- Prepare custom wholesale quotes for clients.
- Develop and maintain outbound shipping rate tables.
- Analyze advertising performance and identify ways to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Support cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite or an equivalent Google Workspace toolset.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with a team.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- SQL and/or AI platform experience is a plus.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is listed as $35,000–$80,000 per year, dependent on experience.

Workplace and schedule
- Full-time role with in-person work in Alpharetta, Georgia.
- Ability to commute to Alpharetta or relocate before starting is required.
