The Role
We are hiring an Associate to play a hybrid role across investment management support and relationship management, working across our network of global private bank custodians.
This is a broad, high-learning seat designed for someone early in their career who wants exposure across the full value chain of a private wealth firm - not a narrow specialist track.
You will be a power user of modern AI and technology tools, actively using them to accelerate research, client workflows, reporting, and internal processes.
We believe the next generation of wealth management talent blends financial fluency with technological leverage, and this role is built around that thesis.
What You'll Do
- Support the investment team with research, portfolio analysis, manager due diligence, and preparation of client-facing investment materials
- Support relationship management activities across the firm's global client base, including account maintenance and client communications
- Liaise directly with global private bank custodians in Switzerland, Singapore, and the UAE to ensure smooth execution and ongoing account servicing
- Build, improve, and automate internal workflows using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and similar) and light no-code/low-code automations, including our in-house developed CRM system
- Contribute to the preparation of investment proposals, pitch materials, and client reviews
- Support with operational tasks as required in an ADGM-regulated environment
What We're Looking For
- 0–4 years of professional experience.
- Strong academic track record, demonstrated by good grades and attending a top-tier university.
- Interest in private banking, wealth management, asset management, or investment banking
- Genuine fluency with AI tools and technology - you already use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar daily to accelerate your work, and you are comfortable experimenting with new tools
- Demonstrated interest in finance, ideally via the intent to pursue the CFA designation
- Excellent written and verbal English
- High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a lean team environment
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly as this role will stretch you across investment, relationship management, operations, and technology
