Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate Director - Transport Planning & Mobility based in Saudi Arabia.
The Associate Director will oversee projects, coordinate and guide team members, and ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
Responsibilities include demand and production planning, analyzing mobility trends, developing strategies to improve transportation systems, and building strong communication with stakeholders.
The role requires leading the KSA opportunities and projects effectively, delivering innovative solutions, and contributing to sustainable transport systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Transport Planning and Modeling disciplines to develop efficient strategies and optimize transportation solutions.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and trends, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability in Leadership and Communication to effectively manage, guide, and engage with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in the transportation and mobility sector.
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in relevant transport modeling tools and software is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and multicultural work environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable transport practices and policies is highly desirable.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the field of Engineering Consultancy Services.
- Arabic Speaker with English proficiency as must.
