Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Associate Director to support the growth of our expanding real estate agency.

This role is designed for a high-performing individual ready to take ownership of a defined business function while leading a dedicated team of brokers focused on a specific segment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in building and scaling a high-performance sales function.

You will lead your team while maintaining strong personal sales performance, acting as both a leader and top contributor.

This is an opportunity to take on significant responsibility within a fast-growing business, working alongside other Associate Directors to collectively drive revenue, market presence, and operational excellence.

Functional Ownership & Revenue Growth

  • Take ownership of a defined business function (e.g. off-plan, secondary market, or another core vertical), driving strategy, pipeline, and overall revenue performance.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to grow market share, improve conversion, and strengthen the commercial output of your function.

Geographic Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of brokers operating within a specific area of Dubai or section of the market, ensuring strong market presence, local expertise, and consistent deal flow. Set clear expectations, monitor performance closely, and create a high-accountability environment that drives results.

Sales Leadership (Player-Coach)

  • Maintain strong personal sales performance and lead from the front in deal-making and client engagement.
  • Act as the benchmark for your team, supporting brokers in improving activity levels, conversion, and deal value through hands-on coaching.

Business Development & Client Management

  • Drive new business through your network, partnerships, and market activity while building long-term relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders. Ensure a high standard of client experience that supports repeat and referral business.

Operations & Collaboration

  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM systems and reporting tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and other Associate Directors to align on strategy, share insights, and contribute to overall business growth.

Brand & Standards

  • Ensure brand alignment, professionalism, and quality standards are consistently upheld across all broker activity, client interactions, and marketing output within your team, while maintaining full compliance with AML regulations and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Market Intelligence & Feedback

  • Continuously gather and share market insights, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform pricing strategies, product positioning, and overall business decision-making.
  • Qualification and Skills
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in UAE real estate, with exposure to both off-plan and secondary markets.
  • Proven track record in sales performance, with experience managing or mentoring brokers.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue within a defined segment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate business through personal networks.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience using real estate CRMs and digital sales tools.
  • Solid understanding of Dubai real estate regulations, processes, and compliance (DLD, RERA).
  • RERA license required.
  • UAE driving license required.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of AML requirements and compliance processes within the UAE real estate sector.
