Job Purpose
Structure and price rate- and credit-linked products tailored to client needs.
Work closely with Sales and Trading to deliver risk-controlled and compliant solutions across derivatives and structured investments.
Key Result Areas
- Structure and price products such as interest-rate swaps, structured deposits, and credit-linked notes.
- Perform scenario analysis, back-testing, and risk assessment of structured solutions.
- Liaise with Legal, Risk, and Product Control on product approval and documentation.
- Provide product training and support to Sales teams across client segments.
- Monitor market trends and identify new product or solution opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 6–8 years’ experience in structuring or derivatives-related roles.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of rates and credit markets.
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar quantitative field.
