About the role

Sales and client management

• Create revenue-generation and business-development plans while driving the Digital Agenda.
• Meet targets for customers, volumes, revenue, product mix, activity, liabilities, and transactions.
• Induct new-to-bank customers brought in by branches and Direct Sales.
• Plan referral-based sales calls to acquire large prospective customers.
• Maintain sales MIS covering calls, prospects, attrition, and completed business.
• Handle complaints and deliver professional service to support customer satisfaction and retention.

Leadership, risk and compliance

• Set the tone and expectations for the team and collaborate with risk and control partners.
• Maintain KYC/AML updates and accurate, error-free documentation; identify suspicious transactions, money laundering, and forgeries.
• Follow anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering, and financial-crime risk procedures.

Ideal candidate

• Experienced sales and relationship manager with a banking and investment products background.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of capital markets and financial planning.
• UAE business-environment knowledge is sought; local HNI contacts are preferred.
• Obtain SCA certification within six months of joining and complete continuing professional development requirements after licensing.
