Role overview

Build, manage and grow ASPR's global partner network across more than 95 countries.

Serve as the main point of contact for subcontractor partners supplying qualified L1/L2 EUC and Enterprise resources.

Work with Delivery, Recruitment, Legal, Finance and Account teams to support customer delivery and business growth.

Partner management and governance

  • Identify and onboard partners across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, with focus on countries where coverage is thin.
  • Complete partner due diligence and establish agreements, rate cards, vendor-system records and operational briefings.
  • Maintain partner coverage, skills, capacity and performance records.
  • Run business reviews, scorecards, escalations, corrective actions and backup planning; monitor KPIs and security and privacy compliance.

Commercial and resource delivery

  • Negotiate rates, payment terms, contracts and volume pricing; benchmark rates and support pre-sales and bids with pricing and coverage information.
  • Coordinate renewals, rate revisions and commercial disputes.
  • Source and screen candidate profiles, coordinate technical interviews, manage onboarding and track resource deployment.

Compliance and verification

  • Ensure engagements meet applicable local labour, working-time, tax, work-permit and worker-classification requirements.
  • Verify partner registrations, insurance and other statutory obligations; work with Legal to reduce country-specific risks.
  • Coordinate background checks and ensure every selected resource is cleared before deployment.
  • Keep compliance and verification records secure and audit-ready.

Required experience and skills

  • 10–12+ years in partner/vendor management, supplier management or global resource sourcing.
  • Experience managing a multi-country subcontractor or vendor network; EMEA, APAC and Americas exposure is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of L1/L2 EUC and Enterprise IT roles, including deskside support, IMAC, hardware break-fix and network support.
  • Strong negotiation, commercial, contract, SLA, compliance, background-verification and partner-governance skills.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills; able to manage multiple urgent requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and vendor-management or ATS tools.
  • IT infrastructure services, field services, EUC or IT staffing experience is preferred.
