Qualifications

  • Overall 12+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement & Operations Management
  • Lead end-to-end complex Continuous Improvement/Reengineering projects, cross-geo projects
  • Work with stakeholders (mid- to senior-level) to identify improvement opportunities and formulate problem statements
  • Mentor project teams within BE and across functions on complex projects
  • Facilitate or Lead Governance and provide updates to senior management of Sagility
  • Provide solutions (people/process/tech.) and facilitate implementation for relatively complex projects
  • Create proposals for business problems and challenges
  • Facilitate creation and deployment of target operating model
  • Provide thought leadership including industry best practices and primary/secondary research
  • Support BE Portfolio Lead in developing and deploying BE strategy for the portfolio.
  • Education: Graduate, MBA preferable
  • Desirable Certificates: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified/Equivalent; COPC, Design Thinking
