Job Title: Associate Data & Ops Engineer Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented L1 Cloud Engineer with a foundational understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Azure cloud services, virtual machines, and basic infrastructure automation, along with a strong willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and work in a 24×7 rotational support environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and deployments
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to:
- Cloud resources
- System performance
- Deployments and configurations
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures
- Work independently on business and technical problems to generate meaningful insights
- Handle ambiguous problem statements and develop structured approaches to resolve them
- Communicate analysis, findings, and updates effectively with:
- Clients
- Leadership
- Onshore teams
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills with a “get it done” attitude
- Participate in 24×7 rotational shift support
- Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good decision-making skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Linux (preferred)
