Job Responsibilities
- Backlog Management: Help write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements under the guidance of a Product Manager.
- Data Discovery and insight creation: Assist in researching user needs, analyzing user engagement, and reviewing product usage metrics and areas of improvement alongside growth opportunities.
- Investigate platform and client queries, bringing together data, system knowledge and input from colleagues to understand what is happening and why.
- Improve the client experience by providing responsive support, statistical analysis and clear communication to dealers and clients.
- Make things better by identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, procedures and day-to-day ways of working across the business.
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate across product, engineering and data science teams in trouble shooting and solution building.
- Build trusted relationships across the sell side and become a credible, dependable partner to clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Natural curiosity and a genuine desire to understand how and why things work, explore how data can solve business problems, and develop a deep understanding of user needs.

- Technical Basics: Foundational knowledge of SQL for querying data and familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Education to bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Management) or equivalent practical experience.
- Advantagous Experience
- Product Mindset: Strong curiosity for solving business problems, ccustomer-centric and passionate about understanding user friction points to deliver intuitive, value-driven solutions.
- AI Native: Can leverage artificial intelligence to optimize workflow, experience exploring large data sets and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Domain Knowledge of fixed income and derivative products alongside FIX APIs and networking concepts.
