Associate Data Analyst

You will work with large datasets, build dashboards, support reporting needs, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and other analytical tools

• Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) to monitor key business metrics

• Support ad-hoc analysis requests from Product, Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders

• Identify trends, anomalies, and performance improvement opportunities

• Assist in defining KPIs and tracking performance across different initiatives

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

• Work closely with senior analysts and data engineers to improve data quality and processes

• Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL skills (must-have)

• Basic understanding of data modeling concepts

• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables)

• Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is preferred

• Basic understanding of Python or R is a plus

• Ability to work with large datasets and attention to detail

• Good communication skills, able to explain insights in simple business language
