Technical Requirements
- Knowledge and basic understanding of networking and operating systems
- Familiarity with security concepts (Authentication and authorization)
- Understanding of log monitoring and alerts tools
- Familiarity with machine learning foundations
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering & Agentic AI
- Knowledge and basic understanding of Cloud
- Familiar with Secure Email Gateways, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to prevent email spoofing and phishing.
- Understands web filtering tools, URL filtering, and secure web gateways to block access to malicious websites.
- Knowledge and basic understanding of secure web gateways, URL filtering, and SSL decryption to prevent access to malicious websites and protect users.
- Familiar with Secure DNS, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), and wireless security controls
- Understands phishing, malware, and ransomware attack vectors.
- Collaborates with SOC teams to triage incidents, analyze alerts, and apply defensive controls.

• COBIT 5 Fundamental (Preferred)
- CompTIA security+ (Preferred)
• Certified AI Security Professional (CAISP) (Preferred)
- CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker (Preferred)
- SANS301 and/or SANS401 or equivalent (Preferred)
- GIAC Machine Learning Engineer (Preferred) Preferred Major Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering GPA Scale
- 4 Scale GPA: Minimum 3 or less with related experience.
- 5 Scale GPA: Minimum 4 or less with related experience.
- Work Experience 0-3 years or more Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering GPA Scale
- 4 Scale GPA: Minimum 3 or less with related experience.
- 5 Scale GPA: Minimum 4 or less with related experience.
