Full-time, on-site Associate Consultant – PMO role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Supports PMOs on large infrastructure and real estate programs and works with senior consultants and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of PMO processes and frameworks.
- Collect and analyze project data; prepare reports and dashboards; track milestones, risks, and issues.
- Support governance meetings with clear documentation and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams and contribute to standard operating procedures.
- Help align project delivery with client objectives and organizational standards.
- Support consistent, efficient, and compliant project control across assigned portfolios.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and communicating clear insights.
- Consulting experience with exposure to PMO, project delivery, or organizational improvement initiatives.
- Foundational knowledge of finance, budgeting, or project cost control; experience in business process analysis, documentation, and optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication, professional stakeholder interaction, attention to detail, task management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- A master’s degree or professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or a PMO-related credential is an advantage.
- Middle East experience or experience on large infrastructure or real estate programs is beneficial.
