Role and team

Project delivery and research

• Draft project deliverables based on primary and secondary research and oversee project execution.
• Build survey instruments; monitor surveys and data collection; clean, analyze, and report data.
• Coordinate analysts and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Business development and collaboration

• Support practice and business development by scoping work and contributing to proposals and tender responses.
• Contribute to business, management, and organizational development, including proposals, knowledge sharing, communications, and training.
• Collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients across countries and time zones.
• Travel to project and client sites as needed.

Qualifications and experience

• Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, International Development, Public Policy, Social Development, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in the India domestic market, including at least 1 year with a consulting organization; applicants without consulting experience will not be considered.
• Demonstrated management consulting experience and cross-team facilitation at mid-management level.
• Strong quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods skills; statistical-package experience with Stata, SPSS, or SAS is desirable.
• Experience in data analysis, program evaluation, policy analysis, proposal and report writing, and business development.
• Experience with government ministries, donors, and NGOs; strong verbal and writing skills; Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and locations and willingness to travel extensively as projects require.
• Successful completion of a reference check and employment verification is required.

Location and work arrangement

• Position is based in Delhi and is on-site.
• Project and client-site travel may be required, including extensive travel depending on project requirements.
