Qualifications

  • BA or BSc, in 2027 from an accredited university. Targeted majors include Business, Economics, Engineering, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, and Science, though we remain open to other disciplines
  • Demonstrated success in gathering primary and secondary research through a range of research methodologies
  • Relevant internships are a plus
  • Exceptional analytical skills; experience working with large datasets and modelling
  • Initiative-taking: exhibiting flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed
  • Comfort with ambiguity: ability to synthesise implications and triangulate from various data sources
  • Well organised: ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated experience exercising critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Foreign language fluency preferred, but not required
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word)
