The role
We are hiring an Associate to support our Client Strategy and Revenue Performance engagements.
You will own the analytical backbone of our work — from client segmentation to Customer Lifetime Value modeling — and contribute directly to the frameworks that shape decisions inside major luxury brands.
What you will do
- Analyze client databases to surface tier-level insights, dormant segments, and untapped VIC value
- Build Customer Lifetime Value models and retention / reactivation performance frameworks
- Produce the analytical artifact: tier maps, cohort analyses, dashboards that underpin each engagement
- Contribute to client-facing materials alongside the Senior Consultant
- Translate client data into the strategic recommendations that reach CEO level
- What we are looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in luxury, retail, or consulting with a strong quantitative focus
- Advanced fluency with data tools: SQL, expert-level Excel, and at least one BI platform (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Exposure to CRM data models in a retail or luxury context
- Intellectual taste, you can spot the insight in messy data, not just run the analysis
- Fluent written and spoken English; Italian, French, or Arabic is a strong plus
