Associate, Client Integrations Engineer

Impact: Be involved with all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, project management, implementation, automated test setup and maintenance.

As a participant in the New Grad Program you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career at Epsilon. The Program is a one-year developmental program designed to support your transition from the classroom to the corporate environment and kick start your professional development. You will participate in professional and job specific training, receive formal mentorship, and have the opportunity to network and engage with various associates from all levels in the organization.

The desire to learn new technologies

Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to research issues never before encountered

Solid understanding of programming concepts and languages including HTML and SQL preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related technical discipline

Internship experience with web applications or solid technical background a plus

Superb communication and client-facing skills with abilities to convey technical aspects to a non-technical audience

Compensation Range: USD $73,000.00 - USD $73,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
