Entry-level role completed with close supervision and support, following defined procedures, scientific methods, and quality guidelines.
Supports project certification and documentation for fabrication structures and piping.
Certification and records duties
- Set up and record approved drawings, material certificate records, inspection requests, material traceability numbers, and reviewed NDT results in the relevant systems.
- Review certification packages and associated reports for project compliance and sign-offs before customer submission.
- Prepare as-built dossier indexes, compile and reproduce dossier copies, and transmit them to project document control for storage.
- Perform PCM data entry and documentation control, including daily welding log, drawing, NDT result, and material traceability entries.
- Compile certification records progressively and submit packages to customers and the Certifying Authority for review and approval.
- Maintain safe working practices, quality, productivity, and compliance with the code of business conduct.
Qualifications
- Minimum senior high school graduate.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs and Adobe.
- Basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational process, with appropriate licenses or training certifications.
