Role overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling, business analysis, and client data analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Support process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis; participate in innovation challenges and analytical projects.
• Prepare reports and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to business process and strategic decision improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Availability to start in July 2027; typically a minimum GPA of 3.0, with exceptional leadership experience encouraged as an alternative.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, academic projects, campus involvement, or other relevant experiences.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in ambiguous and complex situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present analytical findings and recommendations clearly.
• Genuine interest in fintech, the stock market, and financial markets.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Must be able to provide an academic transcript as part of the application process.

Compensation

• Salary is $60,000–$75,000 per year.
