Associate Brand Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement promotional activities that support brand goals.
• Contribute to brand plans for innovation, communications, and in-store programs; lead projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Analyze sales and market audit data, consumer research, and other metrics to assess brand health.
• Partner with Customer Marketing and other teams to develop sales materials.
• Develop new-product commercial plans with innovation and sales teams.
• Use consumer insights and in-market performance analysis to keep brand programs relevant and impactful.

What Mars is looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
• Two years of Brand Management or Marketing experience; CPG or major retail experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with syndicated and panel data tools, specifically Nielsen and Numerator.
• Strategic mindset, strong analysis and data interpretation, cross-functional collaboration and communication, attention to detail, and project management ability.

Workplace

• Split time between the Bolton and Mississauga offices, with regular in-office collaboration expected and flexibility that includes remote work.

Compensation

• Expected base pay range is CAD 71,111–CAD 93,333 per year; company bonus is also mentioned.
