Support implementation of world-class supply chain software solutions for healthcare systems, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, retailers, and third-party logistics organizations.
The role is open to new graduates and offers training and development toward a professional services career.
Responsibilities
- Drive data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify customer needs and define business processes.
- Build on-site rapport with customers to guide integration of Tecsys software.
- Develop application knowledge, consulting acumen, people skills, and supply chain expertise.
- Travel frequently throughout North America to support customer work.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, supply chain, accounting, or an equivalent discipline.
- Understanding of supply management and related accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Flexibility and ability to learn independently.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Valid Canadian or American passport required because of frequent North American travel.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal French communication skills.
Assets
- Understanding of supply and inventory management.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
- Technical aptitude.
- BI analytics aptitude.
Work environment
