Assistants Security Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the security team; oversee daily operations and resource deployment.
• Conduct risk assessments, property inspections, and security audits to identify and mitigate threats.
• Lead incident, security-breach, and emergency investigations; ensure reports and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and life-safety requirements.
• Drive training, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Residence leadership and external stakeholders on security strategy, emergency response, and business continuity.

Requirements

• Currently hold an Assistant Security Manager position or comparable luxury-hospitality leadership role.
• Dubai experience and strong knowledge of local regulations and security best practices are required.
• Proven team-management and security-operations experience in a luxury service environment.
• Knowledge of security systems, access control, CCTV, and emergency response procedures.
• Strong report writing, investigation, and incident-management skills.
• Valid SIRA license; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Able to work varied schedules and respond to operational needs.
