Warehouse Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure smooth material flow to production and customers.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.

Inventory Management & Control

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
  • Conduct cycle counts and annual physical verification.
  • Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.

Production Material Support

  • Ensure timely issue of raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials to production.
  • Coordinate with Production Planning and Procurement teams.
  • Prevent line stoppages due to material shortages.

Inbound & Outbound Logistics

  • Coordinate receipt of domestic and imported materials.
  • Manage dispatch of finished goods and spare parts.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor transporter and freight performance.

Team Management

  • Lead warehouse executives, supervisors, and operators.
  • Allocate manpower and shift planning.
  • Train employees on SOPs, safety, and inventory practices.
  • Drive performance improvement and discipline.

SAP/WMS Management

  • Ensure accurate SAP/WMS transactions for Goods Receipt (GRN), Material Transfers, Picking & Packing, Goods Issue, and Inventory Adjustments.

Safety & Compliance

  • Implement 5S and warehouse safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, internal audits, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor equipment safety (forklifts, stackers, racks).
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive Lean and process improvement initiatives.
  • Cost savings in freight.
  • Reduce handling time and warehouse costs.
  • Improve productivity, accuracy, and storage efficiency.
  • Implement automation and digitalization where applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors' in any stream with 5-7 years in warehouse management.
  • Work experience in SAP R3 or advanced is must.
  • Warehouse & Inventory Management.
  • SAP ERP / WMS.
  • Logistics & Distribution.
  • Team Leadership.
  • Process Improvement (Lean/Kaizen).
  • Excel & Reporting.
  • Audit & Compliance Management.
  • Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year.
