Duties and responsibilities
- Transport dishes and beverages safely and promptly from the kitchen and bar to guest tables.
- Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and cutlery between courses and after guests depart.
- Reset tables with clean linens, tableware, and glassware to fine-dining standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at service stations and sideboards.
- Assist waiters with water service, bread delivery, and guest requests.
- Follow sanitation and safety protocols in food-handling and service areas.
- Support kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
- No previous experience is required; willingness to learn fine-dining standards is expected.
- Good basic English communication skills to interact with the team and guests.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
Pay
- Starting salary is SAR 1,600 to SAR 1,800 per month.
- The posting also describes the starting salary as “All free.”
