Assistant Villa Operations Manager

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all villas.

Supervise Villa Hosts and ensure high service standards.

Coordinate villa check-ins, check-outs, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Inspect villas before guest arrivals to ensure luxury standards.

Handle VIP arrivals, guest preferences, and personalized services.

Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Schedule and coach Villa Hosts and monitor their performance.

Ensure compliance with resort SOPs, health, safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations to provide seamless guest experiences.

Monitor operational costs and support departmental budgeting.

Maintain accurate guest history and preferences in the property management system (Opera).
