Requirements
- · Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- · Minimum 2–5 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision.
- · Open to travel and relocate at the project location
- · Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- · Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
Preferred Attributes
· Experience in financial literacy or educational programs.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Flexible, adaptive, and culturally sensitive.
Benefits
