we are seeking a highly organized and proactive employee to support the Chairman in overseeing day-to-day operations, Projects coordinating across senior management, and acting as a central .
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, operational insight, and the ability to manage high-level coordination with discretion and efficiency.Attend all the meeting with Chairman
Job Responsibilities
- 1.Act as a trusted point of contact between the Chairman and internal stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and project teams.
- Ensure the seamless flow of information and alignment of strategic objectives across the organization
- 2.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support the Chairman,
- 3, Schedualing all the chairman's meeting and mange the chairman's calender.
- Take the minutes of meeting and follow up with stakeholders.
- 5.
- Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
