Purpose: The assistant technician provides support to technicians in the maintenance, repair, and installation of various equipment, Appliances, Air Conditions, and products.
Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment, Appliances, Air conditioning, and Home appliances products.
Organize routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions under the guidance of technicians.
Support other team members as needed.
Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately for record-keeping purposes.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to schedule maintenance tasks.
Ensure customer satisfaction by completing jobs effectively.
Maintain inventory of necessary tools, consumables, and spares in the service vehicle.
Drive to different locations for installations, maintenance, or repairs as needed.
Strictly adhere to prescribed safety practices & utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment provided.
Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or technicians.
Maintain good relationships with customers through professional behavior, performance, and keep excellent hygiene.
