Assistant Technician – Power Generation \| Dubai
About The Role
Due to continued growth, Galadari Energy Solutions is looking for an Assistant Technician – Power Generation to join our team in Dubai.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in diesel generators who is ready to step into a fast-paced, technical environment.
Candidates available to join immediately will be highly preferred.
We will also be relocating to
Dubai Industrial City
(DIC) later this year.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults in generators
- Work on brushless alternators (Leroy Somer, Mecc Alte, Stamford)
- Program and configure DSE / ComAp controllers
- Support synchronizing systems setup and configuration
- Prepare wiring harnesses and control panels
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams
- Perform diagnostics using relevant software/tools
- Ensure all work is completed in line with safety and quality standards
Essential Skills
- Proven experience working on power generators (Cummins, Perkins preferred)
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong computer literacy for diagnostics and updates
• UAE Driving License (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
