Responsibilities
- Guide team members, monitor performance, and support adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate banking-product pipelines with partner banks and financial institutions; help resolve client issues.
- Prepare reports, track targets, coach staff, and contribute to process improvements.
- Participate in client meetings, support business development, and encourage a collaborative, ethical work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a related commercial environment, with strong consumer and SME banking product knowledge.
- Leadership experience in team coordination, mentoring, and performance monitoring in a sales or client-facing context.
- Strong client relationship, communication, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Comfort with data, reporting, and basic analytical tools; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant banking or financial services certifications are an advantage.
