Assistant -Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies across multiple business functions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality of hire and candidate experience.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment reporting activities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs including TAT, sourcing efficiency, offer acceptance ratio, and hiring quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during recruitment activities.
• Support onboarding coordination and hiring documentation processes.
• Assist in implementing recruitment process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Participate in Emiratization and diversity hiring initiatives where applicable.
• Guide and support junior recruiters and coordinators within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certifications are an advantage.

Experience

• 8 : 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience handling mid to senior-level hiring across multiple functions.
• Experience in construction, real estate, engineering, or corporate environments is preferred.
