About This Role
Responsibilities: -
- Assist in surveying tasks including data collection, measurements, and documenting field notes
- Assist the project survey team where possible (mobilization, calibrations, execution)
- Report all activities that will possibly effect survey operations, to the Chief / Project Surveyor / Surveyor
- Execute on-field study and document dimensions
- Coordinate with other surveyors on-ground survey tasks
- Assist the surveying division with surveying operations
- Provide support during the Installation and troubleshooting of survey equipment, hardware and software
- Prepare and maintain survey equipment by cleaning, calibrating, and conducting routine maintenance
- Carry out on-site safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Safety is a part of each employee’s job, active participation to the safety program is a condition of each employee’s employment in order to achieve safer working environment
- This is a general view of a Job that you have been assigned for – at times you will be asked to do above and/or beyond the scope of this role due to Operational requirements
Qualification: -
- Secondary School Certificate with a discipline-specific technical qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
