Assistant Supervisor - Environmental Services

Qualifications

• Two-year degree with one year of related experience or high school diploma/GED with two years of related experience required. Post secondary education preferred. Experience in environmental services, healthcare support services, or a related operational field is required, with prior lead or supervisory experience preferred. Must demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently within defined authority. Proficiency with computers and operating systems is essential, as is the ability to use data to make informed decisions. Demonstrate commitment to customer service, safety, confidentiality, professionalism, and teamwork is expected. Must be flexible and willing to occasionally support different shifts or operational needs as required. Valid driver's license required.
