Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Working knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, including concrete, steel, framing, MEP coordination, finishes, and building envelope systems.

Familiarity with construction drawings, schedules, safety requirements, and basic field documentation.

Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast‐paced, field‐focused environment with changing priorities and deadlines; willingness to work extended hours as project schedules require.
