What You Will Do

  • Guide customers in their decor choices
  • Ensure the achievement of sales objectives
  • Communicate your expectations to the team and provide training, coaching, and feedback
  • Manage store merchandising, inventory, and shrink
  • Lead and maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What you Bring

At least 2 years of Retail Sales Management experience

Experience with achieving sales targets

A passion for interior décor and merchandising

Proven ability to coach and develop a team of top performers

Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)

The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
