The role is at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, a luxury resort with hotel rooms, suites, and multiple dining outlets.

What you will do

Support daily spa, wellness, and fitness operations while maintaining luxury service and operational excellence.

Drive team performance and support revenue through memberships, retail, upselling, and wellness experiences.

Oversee membership outcomes, guest and member experience, administration, and operational compliance.

Work with hotel leaders and cross-functional teams to advance departmental performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, train, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Identify industry trends and introduce treatments, services, and retail products.
  • Manage Spa Membership Program sales, retention, engagement, and satisfaction targets.
  • Handle feedback, resolve concerns, and personalize guest and member service.
  • Manage payroll, inventory, retail operations, contracts, and vendor payment follow-up.
  • Monitor brand standards, health and safety, and departmental policies and procedures.

What you bring

  • Previous Assistant Spa Manager experience or a similar leadership role in a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness environment.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of spa, wellness, fitness, and luxury guest service operations.
  • Success driving revenue through memberships, retail sales, and upselling.
  • Experience with budgets, payroll, inventory, and daily operational administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest recovery skills.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving, with a hands-on and proactive leadership approach.
