ASSISTANT SPA MANAGER

Overview

• SENSASIA Spas is looking for a passionate, driven, and hands-on Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at SENSASIA Stories Spa.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving strong commercial performance.
• The Assistant Spa Manager will play a key role in:
• ✨ Driving revenue growth across services, retail, and enhancements
• ✨ Leading and motivating a high-performing spa team
• ✨ Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
• ✨ Managing reporting, KPIs, purchasing, and inventory
• ✨ Collaborating closely with hotel teams and Head Office Marketing
• ✨ Supporting the day-to-day success and profitability of the spa
• We’re looking for someone with:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in spa management or hospitality leadership
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities
• Strong operational and financial understanding
• Fluency in English (Arabic speaking preferred)
