The role is at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, a luxury resort with five dining outlets and 237 rooms, including 49 suites.

What You Will Do

  • Support daily spa, wellness, and fitness operations to maintain luxury service and operational excellence.
  • Coach, train, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Support revenue through membership sales, retail, upselling, and wellness experiences.
  • Identify trends and introduce new treatments, services, and retail products.
  • Oversee membership sales, retention, engagement, and satisfaction targets.
  • Resolve guest and member concerns, respond to feedback, and personalize service.
  • Manage payroll, inventory, retail, contracts, vendor payment follow-up, and related administration.
  • Monitor brand standards, health and safety, and departmental policy compliance.
  • Partner with hotel leadership and teams on departmental goals, guest satisfaction, and business performance.

What You Bring

  • Previous Assistant Spa Manager or similar leadership experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness environment.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of spa, wellness, fitness, and luxury guest service operations.
  • Success driving revenue through memberships, retail sales, and upselling.
  • Experience managing budgets, payroll, inventory, and daily operational administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest recovery skills.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive leadership approach.
