Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms and coordinate content creation with creative teams or agencies.
• Run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and produce monthly digital performance reports.
• Plan and execute local ride-outs, customer meetups, product launches, and other events.
• Collaborate with BMW Motorrad India on brand-led campaigns and coordinate event logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain customer databases using DMS or CRM tools and execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp lead-nurturing campaigns.
• Work with sales to track lead conversion.
• Follow brand guidelines and create dealership promotional materials, merchandise, showroom branding, and in-store promotions.
• Identify collaborations and sponsorships, manage influencer engagement under BMW brand policies, and prepare press releases or coordinate with automotive media if required.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience; automotive or luxury experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Motorcycle and premium or luxury brand enthusiasm is a plus.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
