Assistant Sales Manager

We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar.

So we’re searching for an Assistant Sales Manager with a passion for building client relationships and supporting revenue growth to help us fill our rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet halls.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Supporting daily sales activities and achieving individual sales targets
• Developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Promoting guest rooms, meeting facilities, and banquet services to maximize revenue
• Assisting with sales proposals, site inspections, and contract negotiations
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
• Producing and reviewing sales reports to monitor performance

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
• One or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales environment
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
• Must speak local language(s)
• Other languages preferred
