Key responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, store tasks, staff activities, opening and closing procedures, and operational priorities.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, provide product information, and assist with purchasing decisions.
- Maintain displays, merchandising, promotional materials, accurate pricing, and overall store presentation.
- Monitor stock, replenish shelves, organize inventory, receive deliveries, and report low-stock items.
- Process purchases, receipts, and payments using POS systems; assist with cash handling where required.
- Support inventory counts, stock reconciliation, labeling, price updates, and loss prevention.
- Assist with promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing.
- Monitor feedback and resolve basic complaints and service issues; refer complex matters to a manager.
- Support sales targets through customer engagement and product recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in store areas.
- Follow company policies for product handling, returns, exchanges, discounts, payments, and customer service.
- Prepare sales summaries, stock reports, transaction records, and other operational documentation; coordinate with colleagues on product availability and store tasks.

- Strong communication, organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in retail management, sales assistance, inventory control, merchandising, and customer experience.
